Good afternoon today I was here for your monthly pest service. Glad to hear everything inside is doing OK. I inspected all bait stations which the ones behind your establishment were empty but all others showed major activity. All, interior and exterior bait stations were replenished with fresh bait. Today I completed your pest control service. First I walked around the house with a web brush removing all visible webs. I then applied a liquid residual treatment to the exterior foundation. I have also checked the interior bait stations which showed no activity. Finally I replenished the bait in the exterior bait stations which showed heavy activity.
